By downloading, installing, or using ZeptoGuard ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
ZeptoGuard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with your purchased license tier:
Each license key must be activated on the target machine. Activation ties the license to a specific hardware identifier. You may not activate the same key on more machines than your seat count allows.
Trial licenses are provided free of charge for 30 days. Upon expiration, the Software will cease to function. Trial licenses are not eligible for production use. ZeptoGuard reserves the right to limit trial registrations.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. ZeptoGuard does not guarantee that the Software will detect all malware or ransomware. No security solution provides 100% protection. The Software is a supplementary defense layer and should be used alongside other security practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeptoGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or damage to systems, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
ZeptoGuard reserves the right to revoke any license key found to be in violation of these Terms. Revoked licenses will immediately cease to function.
Standard and Enterprise license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has been activated on no more than one machine. Trial licenses are free and non-refundable.
ZeptoGuard may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
